Gifts Are The Most Adorable Partners Of Coffee

By Goddess Johnson

Coffee brings to mind time spent with friends, lingering after a meal, enjoying each others company. And gifts, well, they speak for themselves. Who doesn't enjoy receiving a gift? So why not combine the two and show others how much you love spending time with them.

You can assemble a gift as simple as a beautiful coffee cup, wrapped in a napkin pulled up around the sides and tied with a bow. Or you can go all out and design a gourmet basket filled with wonderful, rich coffees from around the world. Adding flavorful creamers and spices will give any gourmand coffee options every day that will remind them of you.

To really show your friends your appreciation, locate unusual bread or coffee cake recipes. If your friend really likes a certain flavor, try to find recipes that include their favorite flavor as an ingredient. Bake a batch of bread or coffee cake and wrap it in a gorgeous tea towel. Don't forget to tie the towel with a ribbon. Attach a little charm and the recipe. Remember to include a set of coffee cups and a cute mini butter knife.

If your loved one is fond of cooking, then you may gift him some kind of kitchen appliance which may be used to make his/her favorite dish. For example, if your loved one likes coffee, you may gift him/her a coffee grinder along with different types of coffee beans, so that he/she can make his/her favorite dish. This kind of gifts may feel unusual but it will be full of fun & happiness for your loved one.

You can host a coffee tasting party in the wintertime. Your guests can know what they're drinking, or they can have a blind taste test where they are introduced to new roasts and blends. Use a wide variety of coffee flavors for your guests, from mild to strong, and remember to include a few exotic flavors, too. Don't forget to provide your guests with sweeteners like sugar, honey, and sugarless alternatives. Treats also go well with coffee, so you may want to serve something that has allspice, nutmeg, or cinnamon. Try cutting breads or tea and coffee cakes up into tiny shapes.

Enjoying coffee isn't just about tasting it; other senses are involved, too. Make coffee tasting an enjoyable experience. Cover the table with a soft table cloth. Use whole coffee beans for their texture and aroma. Play music to match the theme of the coffee. Carefully construct an atmosphere fit for friendship and relaxation so they'll know that you want them to stay for a long time and enjoy themselves.

Put together parting gifts in little bags. Inside, you can include coffee samples in small ribbon-tied bags. Chocolate-coated spoons would make a great addition to be tied to the outside of the bag. The spoons can be found at any gourmet coffee store. Add a handwritten note with your words of appreciation.

When friends, coffee, and gifts come together, they make a great combination. These are the little things in life that should be enjoyed with loved ones. Express your feelings and thoughts over a cup of coffee. It'll make the world a little less stressful. It's all how you look at life, and a coffee makes a great way to change your outlook. - 27105
